Flat concrete driveways, walkways and patios. Paver patios, walkways and driveways. The base, grade and drainage are considered before the finished surface goes in.
Why the base comes first
Gregorios pours flat concrete and sets pavers for homes, and handles the drainage, grading and trenching the surface depends on.

The old surface comes out. The grade is cut so water leaves the new slab. Base stone goes in and gets compacted before anything is formed.

Downspouts, low spots and the slope of the yard are looked at before the pour, so the surface can be pitched toward a suitable outlet.

Forms are set to the layout. The pour is placed, screeded and finished in one pass. Pavers get a screeded bed and tight joints.

Joints are cut. The slab cures before it carries a car. Pavers get joint sand and a final compaction. Then it is yours.
Concrete and pavers for the parts of the property people drive on, walk on and sit on, plus the drainage and grading underneath.

AI visualizationWhat we build
Drainage and grading are considered with the slab because they affect how the surface performs over time.

The ground is cut to a slope that sends water away from the house and off the slab.

Crushed stone, placed in lifts and compacted, gives the slab a firm, even foundation.

Edges, width and the line of the driveway are set in the forms before anything is poured.

Placed, screeded and finished in one pass, with a broom finish for traction.

Placed in a planned layout to help manage shrinkage cracking and keep the panel pattern orderly.

Where the slab ends, the water needs somewhere to go. That is a drainage decision, made with the slab.

Most projects live in one of four places. Start with the one you are looking at.
Surface work, drainage and grading affect one another. Planning their order early helps avoid cutting into finished work later.
